This is our third time using Mr. Mark Skewes with Precision to diagnose a problem with our electric gate opener. He is the most knowledgeable and professional technician! He was able to determine that our issue was actually with a low voltage issue coming from our main electric connection. He had us contact our electric company who came out and fixed the issue from a transformer near our home. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Mr. Skewes suggested not replacing our computer board until our electric company could come and fix our issue, preventing more damage and more out of pocket cost for us. We can’t thank him enough and will only use Precision in the future. Thank you, Mark!!

I found my garage door springs and cables busted on a Friday. Mr Mark was out Monday morning to make the repairs. He had the parts on the truck. He explained in detail what repairs he would be making and the expected cost. Repairs we made promptly and I arrived home from work to a working garage door. Everything from the ease of scheduling, to the text messages confirming the appointment time was seamless. Will definitely use Precision in the future.

I was having problems with my gate openers and called Justin to come out and look at them to repair. He scheduled me next day and technician Mark showed up on time and fixed my problem immediately, while talking with Mark , I asked him if he could also look at my garage door and see if he could do something to it to stop all the noise while opening or closing , he said sure , he adjusted the chain a little and that helped and after a few times testing door he noticed the sprocket on motor was making a noise and he ck it and it was damaged ( work out 13 yrs)he showed me the part and it was obvious that my wife was fixing to get stuck in the garage when the sprocket broke, I asked if he had the part , and he did and he changed it out for me within 20 minutes . So yes , I highly recommend Precision Garage Doors & Gate openers for your repair or replace needs , thanks again Justin and Mark

What gave me more confidence when choosing Precision was the timeliness of getting an appointment and not only the timeliness, but the professionalism of Mr. Mark Skewes. He was very kind and cordial and he "knows his business with fixing garage doors." I told him how my garage was working perfectly but after a power outage, it no longer worked automatically. I had to park outside my garage and walk in the house which i didn't care to do since it's so dangerous nowadays. I called another company and they told me the logic board was bad. I got a second opinion, the friendly receptionist got me an appointment the next day and told me the serviceman would come by between 2-4pm. Mr. Mark Skewes sent me a text around 155p and told me that he was on his way; he even told me a little about himself which made me feel comfortable. He was very nice when I met him , introduced himself verbally and told me that he would go and take photos of the garage opener and look at it for problems. He worked with it for a short time and had to do some adjustments which was caused by the power outage (Entergy), checked to make sure it was safe and had my garage working beautifully as it was prior to the outage on 04/26/23. Mr. Mark Skewes is one reliable, competent serviceman. I would like to get him all the time for my garage needs. Thank you Precision for sending Mr. Skewes and for having such qualified workers. Thank you so much Mr. Skewes. The other company of which I will not name, which I called first, gave me a fake problem saying my logic board was bad and then giving me an estimate of 650.00 . I am so glad that I got a second opinion and called Precision who put my door up in the first place. Thanks again !

Paid $184 for an incomplete repair. Expected me to wait with door unoperational for 4 weeks while waiting for part. Charge for completed repair would be $987 and a 4 week wait, but for the work today was $184. I couldn’t have my garage door remain closed for four weeks so I contacted a private contractor with sheet metal experience who repaired door within 5 minutes and reconnected the door to motor. Within 5 minutes door operational again. Why couldn’t repairman do this today for the 184 charge? Ad says 24/7 service. Thats not true either. Called with emergency and they couldn’t respond til after 11:00 the following day. I didn’t want to post a negative review but the company solicited a review from my service call on how our repair went…so here it is.
