I’m very pleased with the quality of the service Sean provided installing our new opener. He arrived on time, explained the process, did the installation, and programmed Homelink in the car. He programmed the remotes not only for the door, but for the gate, as well and patiently explained how the add the opener to MyQ. It was an all around great experience.

I found my garage door springs and cables busted on a Friday. Mr Mark was out Monday morning to make the repairs. He had the parts on the truck. He explained in detail what repairs he would be making and the expected cost. Repairs we made promptly and I arrived home from work to a working garage door. Everything from the ease of scheduling, to the text messages confirming the appointment time was seamless. Will definitely use Precision in the future.
