I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment online and Matt was able to come out the same day. He showed me my options for repair or replacement with no pressure to do either. I decided to replace my 22 year old opener. Eric and his coworker came out the next morning to do the job. My technician Matthew Roger was great. Matthew looked at the damage to my garage door and then called me to find out what happened. He told me it was pretty bad and would have to get help as it would be a two man job. He then explained that he would inspect the door/actual damage and assess what needed to be done. I was presented with three estimates. Matthew explained the differences, at no time trying to “pressure” me to take the higher estimate. We discussed all options, I chose the one I wanted and the repair work was started. I was pleased with how long it took, the quality of the work, and my overall experience with the Precision Door team. It all started with Matthew who I give a 5+ rating. THANK YOU MATTHEW!

From start (Mike) to finish (Javon), everyone involved in my complete garage door replacement after a powerful storm was very friendly, helpful and professional. Even the supervisor paid a visit to assist in removing the storm damaged door that fell onto my car. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Mike went above and beyond to ensure my emergency repair would be done in a timely manner. He was great to work with. Javon was at my home the next morning to install the new door, frame, and opener. His attention to detail and exceptional work ethic guaranteed one of the best and professional looking jobs anyone has ever done at my home.
