Trim molding, seal were damaged. Sam installed new trim and seal as well as replaced the rubber seal at the garage door bottom. Sam was the installer and did a quality job. He also arrived on time. This is our second service with Precision and both jobs were performed really well at a fair price. We will be happy to use them again should we need any repair or replacement of our garage door components

We purchased a garage door from Precision some time ago. They were very professional, courteous and prompt. We recently had the garage door serviced by Precision. Not only was it covered under warranty, but the technician called me and said he could come earlier than originally planned! I only called them today! They are wonderful! I strongly recommend them.

Excellent service, tech was running a little late because other job ran over, but he took the time to call and let me know he was having issues on the other job. In my opinion that's what make customer service. He called and let me know when he was on his way, apologized for being late, but I understood how jobs can go, he went right to work, he showed me some other issues I had with my door and explained these issues. He didn't try to push the extra work and had me some prices. So i could make the decision on what I wanted to do. I would defiantly recommend Precision doors to anyone needing repairs.

Precision Door of Baton Rouge is an awesome company. It was very easy to book an appointment on line. The technician, Ed, was a great communicator. He called 30 minutes before arriving. He diagnosed the problem. He came back on Saturday to install a new motor, pads, lubricated, the springs and installed a new WiFi unit, which I requested. Ed did all this work in about an hour/1/2. I’ve been doing business with Precision Door for years. Always satisfied with their work. Thank you Ed for explaining how to operate the new unit and your professionalism.
