This is our third time using Mr. Mark Skewes with Precision to diagnose a problem with our electric gate opener. He is the most knowledgeable and professional technician! He was able to determine that our issue was actually with a low voltage issue coming from our main electric connection. He had us contact our electric company who came out and fixed the issue from a transformer near our home. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Mr. Skewes suggested not replacing our computer board until our electric company could come and fix our issue, preventing more damage and more out of pocket cost for us. We can’t thank him enough and will only use Precision in the future. Thank you, Mark!!

One of my springs broke on Sunday night. I contacted Precision first thing Monday morning. They were able to schedule me an appointment between noon and 2 PM. Mike Marcotte called me around 10:30 and asked if he could come earlier! Once he got there, he evaluated the situation and offered me a couple of options for the repair. The one I chose has a 10 year warranty on parts. The cost was higher, but I wanted the higher quality parts and the warranty. Mike called in the order and Justin arrived around noon to install the new parts. He also made some additional adjustments. Overall I am very happy with everything from the office personnel who made the appointment to the finished work! Thanks to everyone, especially Mike and Justin!

My technician Matthew Roger was great. Matthew looked at the damage to my garage door and then called me to find out what happened. He told me it was pretty bad and would have to get help as it would be a two man job. He then explained that he would inspect the door/actual damage and assess what needed to be done. I was presented with three estimates. Matthew explained the differences, at no time trying to “pressure” me to take the higher estimate. We discussed all options, I chose the one I wanted and the repair work was started. I was pleased with how long it took, the quality of the work, and my overall experience with the Precision Door team. It all started with Matthew who I give a 5+ rating. THANK YOU MATTHEW!
