Precision Door of Baton Rouge is an awesome company. It was very easy to book an appointment on line. The technician, Ed, was a great communicator. He called 30 minutes before arriving. He diagnosed the problem. He came back on Saturday to install a new motor, pads, lubricated, the springs and installed a new WiFi unit, which I requested. Ed did all this work in about an hour/1/2. I’ve been doing business with Precision Door for years. Always satisfied with their work. Thank you Ed for explaining how to operate the new unit and your professionalism. Precision responded very quickly to our call for help raising our garage door as there was no other entrance. Brad and Amari were professional and courteous as well as persistent in figuring out how to raise the door and determining that power had been cut off to the garage. (Lightening strike?). They also installed a device to open the door manually from outside if this ever happens again. We highly recommend this company as providing a very fine door and wonderful service.
