One of my springs broke on Sunday night. I contacted Precision first thing Monday morning. They were able to schedule me an appointment between noon and 2 PM. Mike Marcotte called me around 10:30 and asked if he could come earlier! Once he got there, he evaluated the situation and offered me a couple of options for the repair. The one I chose has a 10 year warranty on parts. The cost was higher, but I wanted the higher quality parts and the warranty. Mike called in the order and Justin arrived around noon to install the new parts. He also made some additional adjustments. Overall I am very happy with everything from the office personnel who made the appointment to the finished work! Thanks to everyone, especially Mike and Justin!

Great Service! My home was hit with a power surge from lightening whiched knocked out several electronics, includng my garage door opener. I called Precision to come check it out. They came the very same day and sure enough I had a fried circuit board. Mike (Great Tech) assessed the situation and replaced the board, added a surge protector and tuned up my garage door, all at a fantastic price. Precision is highly recommend!
