I have used them before and my call this time resulted in giving me many options for the date/time service call. I was notified that the repairman was 30 minutes away along with his photo. When Ed arrived he was very friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented me with three options. I made my choice of the new motor and rail and in less than 60 minutes it was good to go and no mess. I highly recommend these folks.

Excellent customer service from Ed the technician. Very knowledgeable and very helpful. He was very professional and yet very courteous! Our motor went out and he had to replace it and did so in a very short period of time. I will definitely recommend precision door to neighbors if needed.

I was totally impressed with the service provided by your company. The technicians arrived on time and were ready and able to solve our problem. They were professional, courteous, and efficient. Our door was repaired quickly, and they explained everything that had been done and made sure that everything was repaired to our satisfaction.
