Precision Door of Baton Rouge is an awesome company. It was very easy to book an appointment on line. The technician, Ed, was a great communicator. He called 30 minutes before arriving. He diagnosed the problem. He came back on Saturday to install a new motor, pads, lubricated, the springs and installed a new WiFi unit, which I requested. Ed did all this work in about an hour/1/2.
