I was impressed by how quickly someone was sent—it was immediately! Desmond was very personable and quickly assessed the broken spring. He was able to repair the door right away with all parts available on this truck. He also provided maintenance on both doors. I absolutely recommend!

Needed repair of existing Garage door opener. Very easy to schedule an appointment on-line. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent, including a pic of the technician. Technician notified me when in-route to my home. Technician personality was friendly and polite. After surveying the job, a repair estimate was proposed and agreed to. Installation was prompt; the complete door system was tuned up; and the tech even spent time to work with me to reprogram my two vehicles to open the door with the built-in "Home Link" systems. Satisfied and recommended. Service was outstanding.
