Mike Marcott arrived on time and tirelessly worked to get it fixed. We appreciate this company and it employees for all they did. Mike was fantastic Able to leap over tall buildings with a running jump. fixed remote by resetting put new batteries in our remotes sold me two new remotes and I only lost one I like to remember names with an association when he said Mike the tiger, he said "don't put that on me, He is a dolphin's fan And he does Love Jesus

Great Service! My home was hit with a power surge from lightening whiched knocked out several electronics, includng my garage door opener. I called Precision to come check it out. They came the very same day and sure enough I had a fried circuit board. Mike (Great Tech) assessed the situation and replaced the board, added a surge protector and tuned up my garage door, all at a fantastic price. Precision is highly recommend!

Trim molding, seal were damaged. Sam installed new trim and seal as well as replaced the rubber seal at the garage door bottom. Sam was the installer and did a quality job. He also arrived on time. This is our second service with Precision and both jobs were performed really well at a fair price. We will be happy to use them again should we need any repair or replacement of our garage door components

We purchased a garage door from Precision some time ago. They were very professional, courteous and prompt. We recently had the garage door serviced by Precision. Not only was it covered under warranty, but the technician called me and said he could come earlier than originally planned! I only called them today! They are wonderful! I strongly recommend them.
