One of my springs broke on Sunday night. I contacted Precision first thing Monday morning. They were able to schedule me an appointment between noon and 2 PM. Mike Marcotte called me around 10:30 and asked if he could come earlier! Once he got there, he evaluated the situation and offered me a couple of options for the repair. The one I chose has a 10 year warranty on parts. The cost was higher, but I wanted the higher quality parts and the warranty. Mike called in the order and Justin arrived around noon to install the new parts. He also made some additional adjustments. Overall I am very happy with everything from the office personnel who made the appointment to the finished work! Thanks to everyone, especially Mike and Justin!

Professional service! In April, Ed came out and replaced my broken garage door spring. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. In July, Aiden came out and replaced the bottom seals on my garage & boat port doors. All done in a timely and professional manner. Based on my experience, I'd recommend and use this company again.

Great Service! My home was hit with a power surge from lightening whiched knocked out several electronics, includng my garage door opener. I called Precision to come check it out. They came the very same day and sure enough I had a fried circuit board. Mike (Great Tech) assessed the situation and replaced the board, added a surge protector and tuned up my garage door, all at a fantastic price. Precision is highly recommend!
