Ed and Aiden were excellent. Ed informed me of when he would arrive and was on time and efficient in determining my problem. He was able to arrange a technician to come to my home between 4 -6 the same day. I received a call from Aiden that he finished a job early and could come to my house at 2:30. He was on time and finished the job in the exact time he told me it would take. I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.

I was impressed by how quickly someone was sent—it was immediately! Desmond was very personable and quickly assessed the broken spring. He was able to repair the door right away with all parts available on this truck. He also provided maintenance on both doors. I absolutely recommend!

Needed repair of existing Garage door opener. Very easy to schedule an appointment on-line. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent, including a pic of the technician. Technician notified me when in-route to my home. Technician personality was friendly and polite. After surveying the job, a repair estimate was proposed and agreed to. Installation was prompt; the complete door system was tuned up; and the tech even spent time to work with me to reprogram my two vehicles to open the door with the built-in "Home Link" systems. Satisfied and recommended. Service was outstanding.

One of my springs broke on Sunday night. I contacted Precision first thing Monday morning. They were able to schedule me an appointment between noon and 2 PM. Mike Marcotte called me around 10:30 and asked if he could come earlier! Once he got there, he evaluated the situation and offered me a couple of options for the repair. The one I chose has a 10 year warranty on parts. The cost was higher, but I wanted the higher quality parts and the warranty. Mike called in the order and Justin arrived around noon to install the new parts. He also made some additional adjustments. Overall I am very happy with everything from the office personnel who made the appointment to the finished work! Thanks to everyone, especially Mike and Justin!

I highly recommend Precision Garage Door Service. I booked an appointment online and Matt was able to come out the same day. He showed me my options for repair or replacement with no pressure to do either. I decided to replace my 22 year old opener. Eric and his coworker came out the next morning to do the job. Best decision! I can’t believe how quiet and smooth running the new opener is. Great product and exceptional service! Matt, Eric, and the coworker from Pensacola ( I feel bad I didn’t get his name), were so professional and personable. Thank you so much!

Professional service! In April, Ed came out and replaced my broken garage door spring. He answered all my questions and was very patient with me. In July, Aiden came out and replaced the bottom seals on my garage & boat port doors. All done in a timely and professional manner. Based on my experience, I'd recommend and use this company again.

From start (Mike) to finish (Javon), everyone involved in my complete garage door replacement after a powerful storm was very friendly, helpful and professional. Even the supervisor paid a visit to assist in removing the storm damaged door that fell onto my car. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Mike went above and beyond to ensure my emergency repair would be done in a timely manner. He was great to work with. Javon was at my home the next morning to install the new door, frame, and opener. His attention to detail and exceptional work ethic guaranteed one of the best and professional looking jobs anyone has ever done at my home. I can't thank Precision Door enough for all that they did to make the replacement as easy and stress free as possible. I appreciate it so much. I'm a return customer and I highly recommend them to everyone. The 5 stars are well deserved.
