My initial appt was set for Saturday, however Precision Door was able to move my appt up to Friday, which as perfect since my garage door was stuck in the open position. Javon arrived 5 minutes early of my appt time. He found the issue with the door quickly & gave me options of the “fix”. He was very professional & knowledgeable. He replaced both springs & replaced the rollers. Very nice and pleasant young man. Will recommend to anyone needing garage door help!!

Great experience with Precision. The first call I made was late on a Friday evening and they were quick to answer and very nice. They set up a tech to come and look at my problem the next day (Saturday). Cameron Frickey was extremely helpful and got us set up to have our garage door replaced the following Tuesday. Javon Young came out Tuesday morning right on time, he and his helper were able to take down the old door and put the new one up in under 2 hours. New door looks and works great and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.

Javon did a great job with the install! There were some non-standard elements about my garage/purchased opener, but he went above and beyond to make things right, as well as making sure everything was working and the opener was installed. I would absolutely recommend Precision to others-- I was impressed with the way they handled the install, not to mention the same day service was an incredible bonus.

Javon was an incredible asset to his company. I couldn't open my garage door so I called Precision around 10:00 a. m., explained the problem. Scheduler asked if I would be home between 2 and 4 ..... SAME day! He arrived during the early part of time given. Was very punctual, identified himself and not only fixed the original problem BUT Javon saw something that did not look right with the board holding the door. He fixed that as well! Said he would not feel comfortable leaving without taking care of something minor that would have turned out major down the road.

The crew arrive at the appointed time. They were very courteous and explained everything they were going to do. The job was completed in two and a half hours. After they cleaned up the job site they explained in detail the operation of the door including the lubricant requirements. I am well pleased with the installation of the door

Very appreciative of these guys coming out the same day my garage door broke and allowing my wife’s car to be able to get out of the garage. Very timely in the repair. And only reason for 4 stars is bc i had a nice rut left in my yard after they left the job. It has been raining for a few months and all yards are saturated. It would be nice if more attention was paid to keeping their truck on my driveway and not the grass.
