From start (Mike) to finish (Javon), everyone involved in my complete garage door replacement after a powerful storm was very friendly, helpful and professional. Even the supervisor paid a visit to assist in removing the storm damaged door that fell onto my car. I couldn't have asked for a better team. Mike went above and beyond to ensure my emergency repair would be done in a timely manner. He was great to work with. Javon was at my home the next morning to install the new door, frame, and opener. His attention to detail and exceptional work ethic guaranteed one of the best and professional looking jobs anyone has ever done at my home. Very professional, excellent communication, and very honest about what needed to be done (no scamming)! He went above and beyond to make sure my garage door was fixed and payment was sorted out correctly. They rearranged things on their end to come out at an earlier date due to the urgency of the situation, and the repair was done super quick!

My initial appt was set for Saturday, however Precision Door was able to move my appt up to Friday, which as perfect since my garage door was stuck in the open position. Javon arrived 5 minutes early of my appt time. He found the issue with the door quickly & gave me options of the “fix”. He was very professional & knowledgeable. He replaced both springs & replaced the rollers. Very nice and pleasant young man. Will recommend to anyone needing garage door help!!
