Austin was right on time. Explain what he was going to do first, then explain what was the problem. Show me the price for what needed to be done, also took time to speak to my son on the phone about my problem. He did his job under an hour. Great job! Austin was very courteous and professional! We are very satisfied with the service provided to us by PrecisionDoor Co. We called them about our garage door not opening up properly. They setup an appointment with us for the very next day. They came out on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. The price was a little more than we expected but after explaining everything we would be getting, along with the higher quality products, it was a no brainer. The technicians were friendly and very experienced in the work they provided. The work was done in a timely fashion and our garage door was preforming like new. A friend recommended Precision because she have used you all in the past. The service provided was attaching the string to the door. I also wanted to look at other options such as battery backup and/or latch and handle with a lock. Anthony, the technician was very knowledgeable. Also he came much earlier than my set appointment which I appreciate.

I don’t remember the techs name ( from port Allen) was very knowledgeable, hard working sand thorough...please pass on to him. I questioned the price at first not realizing he had replacement rail included. The door came out great as he fined tuned it to prevent the cable jumping again. Her gave me some maintenance tips also...why four stars? Have to see how long it runs..????

This was my first time using Precision Garage Door company. I previously called another company that came out to my home but never returned to do the work. I was able to get a same day appointment for a technician to check on my garage door. It was great to get a text message showing the location of the technician. The technician had all parts available to repair the garage door during the same visit. They also worked with my home warranty company. Evan took time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations for "this is what you need now" and "this is what you can do later".
