This is my first time using Precision Garage Door services. Desmond Wilson was AWESOME!!! He was professional and his work was precise. My husband has called many companies over the years but none have been available so quickly and given such good service. Also, I found out they work on gates and we still haven't found a good company so it is going to be so good to have found a company that actually fixes the gates when we need help again. Thank you again Desmond for doing such a good job and see you again when the motors on the garage doors quit working. Jayne' Olinde

Precision Door is my go-to garage door company and this was my experience. Precision Door installed high quality products. The serviceman was polite, professional, cleaned up after himself, instructed me on the operation of the system and asked if there was anything else needed for the service call. Hire Precision Door, you will be satisfied.

Ed and Aiden were excellent. Ed informed me of when he would arrive and was on time and efficient in determining my problem. He was able to arrange a technician to come to my home between 4 -6 the same day. I received a call from Aiden that he finished a job early and could come to my house at 2:30. He was on time and finished the job in the exact time he told me it would take. I was very impressed with their professionalism and courtesy.

Needed repair of existing Garage door opener. Very easy to schedule an appointment on-line. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent, including a pic of the technician. Technician notified me when in-route to my home. Technician personality was friendly and polite. After surveying the job, a repair estimate was proposed and agreed to. Installation was prompt; the complete door system was tuned up; and the tech even spent time to work with me to reprogram my two vehicles to open the door with the built-in "Home Link" systems. Satisfied and recommended. Service was outstanding.

This is our third time using Mr. Mark Skewes with Precision to diagnose a problem with our electric gate opener. He is the most knowledgeable and professional technician! He was able to determine that our issue was actually with a low voltage issue coming from our main electric connection. He had us contact our electric company who came out and fixed the issue from a transformer near our home. To say that he went above and beyond is an understatement. Mr. Skewes suggested not replacing our computer board until our electric company could come and fix our issue, preventing more damage and more out of pocket cost for us. We can’t thank him enough and will only use Precision in the future. Thank you, Mark!!

One of my springs broke on Sunday night. I contacted Precision first thing Monday morning. They were able to schedule me an appointment between noon and 2 PM. Mike Marcotte called me around 10:30 and asked if he could come earlier! Once he got there, he evaluated the situation and offered me a couple of options for the repair. The one I chose has a 10 year warranty on parts. The cost was higher, but I wanted the higher quality parts and the warranty. Mike called in the order and Justin arrived around noon to install the new parts. He also made some additional adjustments. Overall I am very happy with everything from the office personnel who made the appointment to the finished work! Thanks to everyone, especially Mike and Justin!

Mike Marcotto was very professional and efficient. He completed my quote in 30 minutes and presented me with options. At this time I cannot afford to have my garage door spring opener repaired but I will keep the contact information and reach back out to them when I am ready to have it repaired.
