Javon Quickly Accessed The Problem And Explained What Had Caused The Problem. After Fixing The Garage Door, Javon Showed Me What He Did So My Garage Door Wouldn’t Have That Problem Again. I’m Very Satisfied With The Work That Javon Of Precision Garage Door Company Did To Make My Garage Door Work Again. I Was Also Assured That Precision Stands By Its Work. I found my garage door springs and cables busted on a Friday. Mr Mark was out Monday morning to make the repairs. He had the parts on the truck. He explained in detail what repairs he would be making and the expected cost. Repairs we made promptly and I arrived home from work to a working garage door. Everything from the ease of scheduling, to the text messages confirming the appointment time was seamless. Will definitely use Precision in the future.

This is the third time I used PDS and my first two experiences were good. This time, I noticed that our door was out of balance when I replaced the garage door opener. The technician who came out offered three proposals. The cheapest proposal was to replace the springs, a shaft and some accessories for close to $1200 (the most expensive proposal includes replacing the garage opener that is just three days old). The last time used them to replace two springs cost me $380. I definitely understand inflation, but the difference is still big enough for me to be hesitant. After seeing that, he offered to take out some of the replacements and that brought the price down for ~$200 (still close to $1000) and I decided to go with that. When he lifted the door open to go back to his truck, he pushed it very hard and way beyond the upper limit of the door (He also lifted the door up earlier but was gentle and did not pushed it beyond the limit). My guess is that it was a mix of carelessness and disappointment that I go with the "cheap" option. The three-day-old three-piece tracks broke off. Luckily, I was there to notice that and connected the tracks back myself. Otherwise, I suspect more severe/dangerous damage would happen. He did offer to fix it when the parts for the track arrives (the estimate was one week, but no guarantee). Now, I am left with a garage door that is not functional. Frankly, I really regret making the call. I will update the review about how long I am left with an unfunctional garage door.
