I have used them before and my call this time resulted in giving me many options for the date/time service call. I was notified that the repairman was 30 minutes away along with his photo. When Ed arrived he was very friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented me with three options. I made my choice of the new motor and rail and in less than 60 minutes it was good to go and no mess. I highly recommend these folks.

Spenser was a very nice young man…he measured, he tighten the spring(I assumed, he had a device) he took pictures and he walked and looked. He never oiled my rollers or spring…he asked me how many times had the light flashed(wasn’t aware that I’d needed to know this). At the end he said that my rollers were took weak to support the door and showed us some prices. I am not in garage door business but we did tell him that it seemed like the problem was in the control panel…oh well I paid him for the service call and probably will not use your company again…again, Spenser was a very nice young man. He programmed the remotes not only for the door, but for the gate, as well and patiently explained how the add the opener to MyQ. It was an all around great experience.
