Spenser was a very nice young man…he measured, he tighten the spring(I assumed, he had a device) he took pictures and he walked and looked. He never oiled my rollers or spring…he asked me how many times had the light flashed(wasn’t aware that I’d needed to know this). At the end he said that my rollers were took weak to support the door and showed us some prices. I am not in garage door business but we did tell him that it seemed like the problem was in the control panel…oh well I paid him for the service call and probably will not use your company again…again, Spenser was a very nice young man. Thanks

When a spring sprang two years ago, Precision was the fastest of three highly-reviewed garage door repair companies I called. We were so pleased with their service that when the other spring sprang two days ago, although I'd forgotten the name of the company, I was able to find them to use them again. And once again, we are satisfied with the timeliness and the work of their technician, Mark Skewes. Precision earned a 10 out of 10.

I was frantic; however, the 2 young men you sent to look at the door, were very friendly, professional, and seemingly knowledgeable. they introduced themselves and immediately went to work, assuring me that all would be well. I appreciate the patience, kindness, and concern that were shown while they were in my house. would I call your company again??? yes, I will, and I will tell others about your company. I am pleased.
Thank you very much for the feedback Ms. Haynes! Here at Precision we work really hard to continue to get better at customer service and are happy to know that we were able to help you in your time of need. Dont hesitate to call us in the future and thank you recommending us to your friends and family!
