What gave me more confidence when choosing Precision was the timeliness of getting an appointment and not only the timeliness, but the professionalism of Mr. Mark Skewes. He was very kind and cordial and he "knows his business with fixing garage doors." I told him how my garage was working perfectly but after a power outage, it no longer worked automatically. I had to park outside my garage and walk in the house which i didn't care to do since it's so dangerous nowadays. I called another company and they told me the logic board was bad. I got a second opinion, the friendly receptionist got me an appointment the next day and told me the serviceman would come by between 2-4pm. Mr. Mark Skewes sent me a text around 155p and told me that he was on his way; he even told me a little about himself which made me feel comfortable. He was very nice when I met him , introduced himself verbally and told me that he would go and take photos of the garage opener and look at it for problems. He worked with it for a short time and had to do some adjustments which was caused by the power outage (Entergy), checked to make sure it was safe and had my garage working beautifully as it was prior to the outage on 04/26/23. Mr. Mark Skewes is one reliable, competent serviceman. I would like to get him all the time for my garage needs. Thank you Precision for sending Mr. Skewes and for having such qualified workers. Thank you so much Mr. Skewes. The other company of which I will not name, which I called first, gave me a fake problem saying my logic board was bad and then giving me an estimate of 650.00 . I am so glad that I got a second opinion and called Precision who put my door up in the first place. Thanks again !

Saturday morning and both cars trapped inside the garage. When I called Precision Door, they were courteous and timely in sending someone. They sent a photo with tech’s picture & rating. This alone was reassurance that I was dealing with a top notch company. Nicholas came, reviewed our dilemma, and worked diligently repairing it. He ended up having to replace everything except the garage door itself. Afterwards, he walked us through the keypad setup, all the parts that were replaced, and the warranty coverage. I called for a garage door repair and received service on time the very next day. The repairs took about 20 min. The technician made recommendations and showed me exactly what was going on and made me aware of what to look for in the future. I got a free estimate on future work to be done. The price was at least $70 lower than the lowest estimate I received. I am extremely satisfied!!!!
