I don’t remember the techs name ( from port Allen) was very knowledgeable, hard working sand thorough...please pass on to him. I questioned the price at first not realizing he had replacement rail included. The door came out great as he fined tuned it to prevent the cable jumping again. Her gave me some maintenance tips also...why four stars? Have to see how long it runs..????

When a spring sprang two years ago, Precision was the fastest of three highly-reviewed garage door repair companies I called. We were so pleased with their service that when the other spring sprang two days ago, although I'd forgotten the name of the company, I was able to find them to use them again. And once again, we are satisfied with the timeliness and the work of their technician, Mark Skewes. Precision earned a 10 out of 10.

Excellent service! Mark actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time window, quickly analyzed and fixed the gate and explained the problem and other potential issues to me. Because my equipment is very old, I asked him if he could provide a quote to replace my gate arm. He sent me a few options with prices to consider before he even left my house. He was very knowledgeable about different brands and explained the different options available with each. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had since I moved to Baton Rouge a year ago.
