I was very pleased with Precision. The website was extremely helpful, and the automated communications that listed who my tech was going to tentatively be as well as links to the techs' bios was a great idea and very beneficial. Mark was very knowledgeable, prompt, and professional, and he had me fixed up quickly. My experience from first calling all the way through completion was an extremely pleasant one. We had a new garage door opener installed by Jacob. He did a great job after explaining that our current unit was too old to be repaired. After the install the company gave me everything I needed to file a claim with my home warranty company. It was a stress free experience and I do recommend their services.
