After the install the company gave me everything I needed to file a claim with my home warranty company. It was a stress free experience and I do recommend their services.

Javon was an incredible asset to his company. I couldn't open my garage door so I called Precision around 10:00 a. m., explained the problem. Scheduler asked if I would be home between 2 and 4 ..... SAME day! He arrived during the early part of time given. Was very punctual, identified himself and not only fixed the original problem BUT Javon saw something that did not look right with the board holding the door. He fixed that as well! Said he would not feel comfortable leaving without taking care of something minor that would have turned out major down the road.

Kinsman Knight was the tech who came to my house. Good uniform with company logo as well as vehicle. Very nice feature for a widow. Kinsman was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and a down right nice young man.
