Needed repair of existing Garage door opener. Very easy to schedule an appointment on-line. Communication prior to the appointment was excellent, including a pic of the technician. Technician notified me when in-route to my home. Technician personality was friendly and polite. After surveying the job, a repair estimate was proposed and agreed to. Installation was prompt; the complete door system was tuned up; and the tech even spent time to work with me to reprogram my two vehicles to open the door with the built-in "Home Link" systems. Satisfied and recommended. Service was outstanding.

I had called that my outside door pad wasn't working and probably needed to be replaced on a Monday and they sent a technician to do so on Tuesday!! Wonderful service and the tech, Ed Cudia, was extremely polite, courteous, and professional. I would highly recommend their services!

I’m Our tech examined our problem, quoted a fair price and went to work. Problem was “banging” noise when raising door. When the job was done the “banging” is still there and it is worrisome.

I don’t remember the techs name ( from port Allen) was very knowledgeable, hard working sand thorough...please pass on to him. I questioned the price at first not realizing he had replacement rail included. The door came out great as he fined tuned it to prevent the cable jumping again. Her gave me some maintenance tips also...why four stars? Have to see how long it runs..????

Very appreciative of these guys coming out the same day my garage door broke and allowing my wife’s car to be able to get out of the garage. Very timely in the repair. And only reason for 4 stars is bc i had a nice rut left in my yard after they left the job. It has been raining for a few months and all yards are saturated. It would be nice if more attention was paid to keeping their truck on my driveway and not the grass.
