Sean was the technician who came to our home to assess the problem we were having with our garage door. He showed me how the sensor was not aligned properly, repaired the metal that in case it by straightening it, and gave me an estimate what it would cost to replace the unit itself if that day arrived. I really appreciated his forthrightness and helpfulness.
