Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning, we got a repairman scheduled to come to the house the next day. My message in the chat box was answered literally within seconds of my inquiry. We actually decided to replace the entire system: springs, motor, etc. And it works beautifully and is much quieter than the old system. Josh and Dakota also did a wonderful job and were very professional and courteous. I am so glad we found this company.

Precision Door has always given great service, both when they installed a new motor and door-opening system five years ago and recently when we needed service.
