I found my garage door springs and cables busted on a Friday. Mr Mark was out Monday morning to make the repairs. He had the parts on the truck. He explained in detail what repairs he would be making and the expected cost. Repairs we made promptly and I arrived home from work to a working garage door. Everything from the ease of scheduling, to the text messages confirming the appointment time was seamless. Will definitely use Precision in the future.

Precision was recommended by a friend who used their services in 2020. I have been having problems with my garage door opener for the past several years and just kept putting off getting it serviced. It finally would not go up so I decided to call in the morning and was given a service appointment for that afternoon. Service Tech Anthony Poulos called when he was on his way. He asked questions about what was going on and took pictures. I had a broken spring and was given several options for service/replacement. Due to the age of the house and dealing with several years of issues, I opted for replacement of everything. Anthony was very knowledgeable and efficient in providing timely service. Very personable. Scale of 1 to 10, he’s a 10.
