Trim molding, seal were damaged. Sam installed new trim and seal as well as replaced the rubber seal at the garage door bottom. Sam was the installer and did a quality job. He also arrived on time. This is our second service with Precision and both jobs were performed really well at a fair price. We will be happy to use them again should we need any repair or replacement of our garage door components

Precision Door of Baton Rouge is an awesome company. It was very easy to book an appointment on line. The technician, Ed, was a great communicator. He called 30 minutes before arriving. He diagnosed the problem. He came back on Saturday to install a new motor, pads, lubricated, the springs and installed a new WiFi unit, which I requested. Ed did all this work in about an hour/1/2. I’ve been doing business with Precision Door for years. Always satisfied with their work. Thank you Ed for explaining how to operate the new unit and your professionalism. I have used them before and my call this time resulted in giving me many options for the date/time service call. I was notified that the repairman was 30 minutes away along with his photo. When Ed arrived he was very friendly and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and presented me with three options. I made my choice of the new motor and rail and in less than 60 minutes it was good to go and no mess. I highly recommend these folks.
