Though we are still in the design stage and no real service has been preformed I was impressed by the product knowledge, the straight talk from Mr. Ables and his willingness to come out to my house personally. I had a 20ft garage door and opener installed on a pre existing car port. Everyone I had contact with was competent and knew their products. The install team was awsome and quick. Came home on a Friday night to a broken spring. Called Precision at 0800 hours on Sat morning and by 1100 someone was here to make the repair. Technician completed the service check and gave me options to choose from for repairs. Very professional company. I will not use anyone else moving forward.

I don't normally write a lot of reviews but I was extremely pleased with the service from this company. I called around 4 pm one afternoon and had a technician at my house within 2 1/2 hours. He was friendly, fast and efficient. He found the problem right away, explained what it was and had it fixed in no time and the price was reasonable. This is the way service should be. I chose Precision Door from HomeAdvisor.com, because they had numerous customer reviews and they were almost all 5 stars, approximately 99%. I had had a chain-driven garage door that broke (the chain came off tracks) two days before the Great Flood of 2016, August 13. The cost to repair it and still have that AWFUL NOISE every time the door opened or closed, was just a bit less than getting a new BELT-DRIVEN, INSULATED door. I had never been happy with the chain-operated door. So, it was an easy choice to opt for the new SUPER QUIET, INSULATED door. I checked to see how well the insulation was working for several weeks, by going outside and feeling the temp of door, then coming back in and doing same. The difference was very dramatic!!! The guys were super nice and very professional. I'm very pleased and have recommended them and will continue to do so. Thanks guys, for an excellent product and professional service.

This is the second time Mark Skewes has serviced my garage door opener installation. Excellent job replacing my 20 year old opener. Installed the belt driven opener as you recomend. He lubricated everything, programmed the hand and vehicle remotes. Will definitely recommend Precision to all friends, family, etc. 5 Star rating!
