I do not believe the estimate to repair the garage door was correct. I will have another estimate done in the next couple of days. The tech told me i needed a new pannell. I do not believe this to be true. And a estinate for a new door?? This was not needed.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning, we got a repairman scheduled to come to the house the next day. My message in the chat box was answered literally within seconds of my inquiry. We actually decided to replace the entire system: springs, motor, etc. And it works beautifully and is much quieter than the old system. Josh and Dakota also did a wonderful job and were very professional and courteous. I am so glad we found this company.

What an awesome company. I tried others and they didn’t even show up for the appointment. Precision Door company let me know when they could come and then texted me when they were on the way. Gave me options to get the job done because they know not everyone has an unlimited budget. Cameron was very polite and quite informative. I was able to understand everything you talked about. He went straight to work, got the job done and explained how everything worked and what kind of warranty I would have. I definitely recommend this company.

I was charged nearly $150 for approximately four minutes worth of work, which entailed connecting two wires that had been disconnected. I was charged for services I neither requested nor needed including a 'safety inspection', which included measuring my door with a tape measure and watching my garage door open and close. I was not informed I would be charged for these superfluous. Had I been informed of this I never would have used this service. The technicians were very professional and polite, but the service was not worth the fee.

Home Advisor recommendated Precision Door. As soon as I submitted the request within 5 minutes they called and scheduled an appointment for the next day (Saturday). The tech called and was able to get me in earlier than scheduled which was perfect. He was spot on with the estimate and was able to install new motor for my garage door.

Justin, who installed my door after having 5 feet of flood water in my home in August, 2016, was an excellent communicator. I spoke with him over the phone about the keyless entry panel, at which I needed to change the code to prevent unwanted entry. We weren't able to resolve over the phone last night, so he sent a technician, Josh, who arrived promptly today, on time. He took his time making certain everything was in working order and had a professional, courteous manner. I love you guys and your product and recommend you often. Thanks for taking care of me. My 20 ft. door had come off its track and became totally misaligned. Josh, my technician changed a few rollers, adjusted the spring and cable on one side and had it back in commission in nothing flat. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
