Called Precision to replace the rubber on the bottom of my garage door. They came out and gave me a free estimate. The price was very reasonable and I requested installation. The person left to get the part and the job was completed. I was very please with the speed of showing up and getting the job done. Precision had done garage door work for me before and I knew you could count on them to do excellent work.

Springs were replaced 6 months ago, but I felt the door never worked correctly. The door would not open today. A technician, Cameron, was here within 2 hours. He found that one of the springs had not been installed correctly. He replaced the spring and adjusted the motor in under an hour. He was very courteous and efficient. He gave me his card and said to call him anytime if I had a problem. I want to highly recommend him! Thank you Cameron! You’re the best!

A friend recommended Precision because she have used you all in the past. The service provided was attaching the string to the door. I also wanted to look at other options such as battery backup and/or latch and handle with a lock. Anthony, the technician was very knowledgeable. Precision was recommended by a friend who used their services in 2020. I have been having problems with my garage door opener for the past several years and just kept putting off getting it serviced. It finally would not go up so I decided to call in the morning and was given a service appointment for that afternoon. Service Tech Anthony Poulos called when he was on his way. He asked questions about what was going on and took pictures. I had a broken spring and was given several options for service/replacement. Due to the age of the house and dealing with several years of issues, I opted for replacement of everything. Anthony was very knowledgeable and efficient in providing timely service. Very personable. Scale of 1 to 10, he’s a 10.

My garage door broke 7/26 and Precision came out the very next day 7/27 and repaired my door. The guys were hospitable, informative and knowledgeable with giving me the problems with my door the resolution of the problem and gave 3 options with cost for repair.
