We need a new garage door. Jacob came out to look at our current garage door, explain our options and pricing. Jacob was very attentive, welcomed questions and made sure we understood the choices available to us. It was a Friday, after 5PM, I sincerely appreciated Jacob’s patience as I read off my extensive list of questions. Jacob is a very customer service oriented person and a real pleasure to deal with. Our only disappointment, which is out of Jacob’s control, is the length of time we will have to wait to get a darker colored garage door. We had hoped to change the garage door color to match our gutters, and forgo the boring sand color door we have had, along with the rest of the neighborhood. With our countries current commerce issues, the wait is understandable, but unfortunate if time is not on your side. All in all, we were quite pleased with Precision Door & with Jacob. Thank you!

Excellent job - knowledgeable and friendly installer - clean install and outstanding cleanup after install. I would recommend to others and would use them again if I ever need one of their services. Mark installed our gate opener and was also able to program the remote to work the gate and the garage door opener (both were LiftMaster). We are a pleased customer. The product selection did not allow to select gate opener installation so I selected the garage door opener installation.
