Precision was recommended by a friend who used their services in 2020. I have been having problems with my garage door opener for the past several years and just kept putting off getting it serviced. It finally would not go up so I decided to call in the morning and was given a service appointment for that afternoon. Service Tech Anthony Poulos called when he was on his way. He asked questions about what was going on and took pictures. I had a broken spring and was given several options for service/replacement. Due to the age of the house and dealing with several years of issues, I opted for replacement of everything. Anthony was very knowledgeable and efficient in providing timely service. Very personable. Scale of 1 to 10, he’s a 10.

My garage door broke 7/26 and Precision came out the very next day 7/27 and repaired my door. The guys were hospitable, informative and knowledgeable with giving me the problems with my door the resolution of the problem and gave 3 options with cost for repair. Cameron and his tech help was too cool and very friendly.

A friend used and recommended Precision recently. Quick response to come out and check out our issue. Anthony called and was able to come out a little early which was greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was able to get my garage door parts replaced and working within a couple of hours. He took the time to show us all the features and help us get everything set up quickly. I would highly recommend both Precision and Anthony!

I paid over $500 to them for my garage door repair and I needed a invoice to submit to my warranty company. They could not give me what my warranty company asked for which was breakdown of the labor cost and diagnosis of part take failed. After calling them 4 times and not getting any help then they tell me they cannot give me that information on my invoice. For that reason I will NEVER USE Precision Doors of Baton Rouge again. And by the way their repairman was very good a trying to sell us a brand new garage door for $3000

A friend recommended Precision because she have used you all in the past. The service provided was attaching the string to the door. I also wanted to look at other options such as battery backup and/or latch and handle with a lock. Anthony, the technician was very knowledgeable. Also he came much earlier than my set appointment which I appreciate.
