I have a garage door that is broke. I sent my info online and within 15 minutes they called and was sending someone over within the hour. The tech arrived on time and looked at the door and suggested that if we repaired the broken section of the door that it would eventually fail as well. So he helped us figure out what it was going to take to get a new door, hardware, and opener. We ordered it and are having a complete replacement of our old outdated garage door.

Springs were replaced 6 months ago, but I felt the door never worked correctly. The door would not open today. A technician, Cameron, was here within 2 hours. He found that one of the springs had not been installed correctly. He replaced the spring and adjusted the motor in under an hour. He was very courteous and efficient.
