Technician and assistant spent two hours working on my door. Ten minutes after they left, I attempted to close door and it would not work!! They had to return to my house to fix the problem. The price was outrageously high! I would not recommend this company!

I don’t remember the techs name ( from port Allen) was very knowledgeable, hard working sand thorough...please pass on to him. I questioned the price at first not realizing he had replacement rail included. The door came out great as he fined tuned it to prevent the cable jumping again. Her gave me some maintenance tips also...why four stars? Have to see how long it runs..????

My garage was stuck & wouldn't move up or down. I called Precision at 2PM on Dec 23,as they had installed a new door Jan 2020, described my problem & was scheduled for an appointment for the same day b/t 4~6PM. Brandon called my when he was on his way. Determined that the motor was going out. He replaced the motor, serviced my door, programed what needed programming, gave us a tutorial & was done b/f 6:30PM. He was professional, friendly & competent. I highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door service.
