When a spring sprang two years ago, Precision was the fastest of three highly-reviewed garage door repair companies I called. We were so pleased with their service that when the other spring sprang two days ago, although I'd forgotten the name of the company, I was able to find them to use them again. The service was excellent. Technician was on time, professional and neat. They replaced our unit. It was over 25 years old. When they completed their work they cleaned the area in the garage and the driveway. The technician went over the unit with me and explained how to use each one of the openers. Excellent service! Mark actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time window, quickly analyzed and fixed the gate and explained the problem and other potential issues to me. Because my equipment is very old, I asked him if he could provide a quote to replace my gate arm. He sent me a few options with prices to consider before he even left my house. He was very knowledgeable about different brands and explained the different options available with each. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had since I moved to Baton Rouge a year ago.

I do not believe the estimate to repair the garage door was correct. I will have another estimate done in the next couple of days. The tech told me i needed a new pannell. I do not believe this to be true. And a estinate for a new door?? This was not needed.

OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Team showed up on-time (actually early), were professional, courteous and got straight to work. Explained the repair in detail - what they were going to do and why.
