We are very satisfied with the service provided to us by PrecisionDoor Co. We called them about our garage door not opening up properly. They setup an appointment with us for the very next day. They came out on time and diagnosed the problem immediately. The price was a little more than we expected but after explaining everything we would be getting, along with the higher quality products, it was a no brainer. My unit is 1 year and three months old. Yesterday , I paid $149.00 for labor to do the following: Safety Sensor Fee-Alignment or re attachment of safety sensors, travel and force setting adjustments, and tune up of door and operator For the life of me, I cant imagine a garage door that needs this service after 1 year and three months. When I asked about warranty, none of this is included. Also, the door was out of alignment. I have never had a door out of alignment. Bottom line is two things: In order for it to be a warranty item, it must be major! Don't bite on the basic $49 service. It will always be more than that.

Fast expert service. Mark was at my house for a repair within 2 hours of my call. Very friendly and knowledgeable, plus he determined the broken part was under warranty so there was no charge for anything. We need a new garage door. Jacob came out to look at our current garage door, explain our options and pricing. Jacob was very attentive, welcomed questions and made sure we understood the choices available to us. It was a Friday, after 5PM, I sincerely appreciated Jacob’s patience as I read off my extensive list of questions. Jacob is a very customer service oriented person and a real pleasure to deal with. Our only disappointment, which is out of Jacob’s control, is the length of time we will have to wait to get a darker colored garage door. We had hoped to change the garage door color to match our gutters, and forgo the boring sand color door we have had, along with the rest of the neighborhood. With our countries current commerce issues, the wait is understandable, but unfortunate if time is not on your side. All in all, we were quite pleased with Precision Door & with Jacob. Thank you!
