Your technician was great! He didn’t charge me as I guess my original purchase was in Nov.2019 and it was a minor adjustment. To me it was a relief and I appreciate it. Y’all are honest and thorough. THANK YOU so much.

Very prompt and courteous service. Was able to schedule appointment online...very convenient. The guys that came out to inspect/repair were awesome. They diagnosed and replaced my spring pretty quick. Would definitely use Precision again...!

I do not believe the estimate to repair the garage door was correct. I will have another estimate done in the next couple of days. The tech told me i needed a new pannell. I do not believe this to be true. And a estinate for a new door?? This was not needed.

Meeting and speaking with your people gave me the confidence I needed to know that I wanted to go with your company. Every person was professional, informed and very helpful in choosing details for my project. I like the way you prepared me as a homeowner to receive my technician. Brilliant!

I would recommend Precision to anyone. Their technician Nick Degregorio did a great job. He fixed 3 brackets on my door and was honest enough to say it needed only 2. He then credited one bracket against my expense of a "clicker"....as I had lost my old one. Thanks to Nick and Precision a tough 6-month old problem went away ....today....at a reasonable price. Exceptional response time from my first call to your office to the arrival of your repair associate. Your instant messaging system was flawless and kept me in the loop. Mark Skewes addressed my requests to adjust my garage door and install a new remote access. He provided perfect repairs completed in a professional manner. Thank-you.

It was great to be able to get an appointment the next business day. The technician, Nick, was superb. He explained everything in detail, demonstrated the equipment, and assisted me in setting up the app. Most importantly, he had on his mask to protect me and I did the same for him. Thanks for the quality service!

Called them at 8:30on a Saturday morning with a door that had a broken spring. The door was serviced and repaired less than three hours later at a reasonable cost. They were recommended by my neighborhood Facebook page members and I could not be more satisfied with their fast efficient service.

Total scam! I spoke to a customer service rep via phone and was quoted a price range For spring replacement. I specifically told them my spring size and door size. When the young guy came onsite, he had to call his boss like Fifty times, only to tell my quote is Approximately $400. The technician stated the phone reps are given scripts. 158 installed vs 400 installed is a big difference, then I had to pay &50 bucks for nothing. Total rip off!!

Precision was professional from the first hello on the call to request service up until the time that the technician hit the down button to make sure the door was operating properly. They arrived early, worked until the job was completed, explained the repairs necessary, and did it all under the safest conditions and adherence to the current "Virus' requirements. Highly recommended for all your Garage Door service.
