We called early on Monday morning regarding a problem with our door going up and down unsolicited. By 12:15 p.m., Justin and Joshua arrived at our home and diagnosed the problem. We were pleasantly surprised to learn their records indicated we were still under warranty and wouldn't be charged anything!! (We had only recently purchased the home and weren't aware of the age of the door.) They were very efficient and courteous and completed the work within 20 minutes!! We would highly recommend them to others and certainly will call them again when we experience any other problems. Thank You, Guys!

I was able to get a same day appointment for a technician to check on my garage door. It was great to get a text message showing the location of the technician. The technician had all parts available to repair the garage door during the same visit. They also worked with my home warranty company. Evan took time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations for "this is what you need now" and "this is what you can do later".

Javon did a great job with the install! There were some non-standard elements about my garage/purchased opener, but he went above and beyond to make things right, as well as making sure everything was working and the opener was installed. I would absolutely recommend Precision to others-- I was impressed with the way they handled the install, not to mention the same day service was an incredible bonus.

Our garage door spring broke on a Saturday night. On Sunday morning, we got a repairman scheduled to come to the house the next day. My message in the chat box was answered literally within seconds of my inquiry. We actually decided to replace the entire system: springs, motor, etc. And it works beautifully and is much quieter than the old system. Josh and Dakota also did a wonderful job and were very professional and courteous. I am so glad we found this company.

Saturday morning and both cars trapped inside the garage. When I called Precision Door, they were courteous and timely in sending someone. They sent a photo with tech’s picture & rating. This alone was reassurance that I was dealing with a top notch company. Nicholas came, reviewed our dilemma, and worked diligently repairing it. He ended up having to replace everything except the garage door itself. Afterwards, he walked us through the keypad setup, all the parts that were replaced, and the warranty coverage.
