Home Advisor recommendated Precision Door. As soon as I submitted the request within 5 minutes they called and scheduled an appointment for the next day (Saturday). The tech called and was able to get me in earlier than scheduled which was perfect. He was spot on with the estimate and was able to install new motor for my garage door.

Justin, who installed my door after having 5 feet of flood water in my home in August, 2016, was an excellent communicator. I spoke with him over the phone about the keyless entry panel, at which I needed to change the code to prevent unwanted entry. We weren't able to resolve over the phone last night, so he sent a technician, Josh, who arrived promptly today, on time. He took his time making certain everything was in working order and had a professional, courteous manner. I love you guys and your product and recommend you often. Thanks for taking care of me. Excellent service from Precision and their repairman, Mark. He had it repaired in 30 minutes for the agreed minimum price and even corrected a problem I caused by trying to fix it myself. Called up before he got here and showed up right on time. Strongly recommend this company.

I called the office at 8:30 AM and Theresa helped set up a visit this morning. Mark was here promptly, as scheduled. He resolved the garage door opener issue and performed a tune up on the garage door rollers and hinges. He is informative and courteous. I chose Precision based on Angie's List reviews/ratings. Precision exceeded any expectations I may have had for garage door repair. I called on a Friday afternoon and they had someone at my house first thing Saturday morning. My garage door would not stay closed. The technician that came on Saturday assessed the situation and we decided to get a new opener. Another technician came first thing Monday morning with the equipment and installed it. Both technicians were prompt, extremely professional, friendly and explained everything. I would recommend this company to anyone needing work on a garage door.

On Friday afternoon we experienced our garage door not opening when car remote activated; also would not open with control inside the garage. We saw the spring, above the door was broken. When I Googled "LiftMaster Garage Doors Baton Rouge" your Precision site came up. I was impressed with all the information contained on the site, so gave a call. Your service technician, Kinsman, showed up at 8:00 AM Saturday morning, explained the problem and the solution in a very professional manner and took care of our problem in less than an hour, at a reasonable price. He left our garage door in perfect operating condition (with no more squeaking, either) and took all the old broken parts away, too. I was very impressed. Would definitely recommend Precision and your technician, Kinsman, to anyone having garage door issues.

Great experience with Precision Door! Mark came out with a very friendly and courteous disposition, he accessed my problem, came up with the remedy, gave me different options and fixed my issue!! All of those things took under 50 mins! He replaced my spring in roughly 25-30 mins, if that, and was on his way!! Excellent experience with quality customer service and repair! Mark definitely met and exceeded my expectations!! For curious minds I paid $319.00 with the one year warranty. I printed the $15.00 off coupon and forgot to use it!!! Check for coupons and don’t forget to use them...what an awesome company!!

I called on a Sunday morning due to the spring breaking on my garage door. the person on the phone was very helpful and was able to have a techn out the next morning by 8am!!! The Techn, Josh, was very professional!! He called to confirm and let me know he was on his way and was at my house for 8am!!! He was very polite and worked hard and quickly to get my garage back up and running with in about 1 1/2 hrs!! I am very happy with the service provided.
