Javon was an incredible asset to his company. I couldn't open my garage door so I called Precision around 10:00 a. m., explained the problem. Scheduler asked if I would be home between 2 and 4 ..... SAME day! He arrived during the early part of time given. Was very punctual, identified himself and not only fixed the original problem BUT Javon saw something that did not look right with the board holding the door. He fixed that as well! Said he would not feel comfortable leaving without taking care of something minor that would have turned out major down the road. Javon, thank you again for your due diligence and tenacity completing your task!

Process was incredibly efficient. From making the appointment to promptness, courtesy and effectiveness of the technician. They sent a text with ETA of arrival. Text included picture and rating of the technician. My tech was Nicolas. He was great. He fixed the problems I was having quickly and even provided a little lagniappe by setting a clock on my opener that had been flashing for months.....Nicolas offered other services, but I didn’t need them and he wasn’t pushy about taking them. I’d recommend to anyone!
