The service was excellent. Technician was on time, professional and neat. They replaced our unit. It was over 25 years old. When they completed their work they cleaned the area in the garage and the driveway. The technician went over the unit with me and explained how to use each one of the openers. I was extremely pleased. Pricing reasonable.

Excellent service! Mark actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time window, quickly analyzed and fixed the gate and explained the problem and other potential issues to me. Because my equipment is very old, I asked him if he could provide a quote to replace my gate arm. He sent me a few options with prices to consider before he even left my house. He was very knowledgeable about different brands and explained the different options available with each. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had since I moved to Baton Rouge a year ago.

I do not believe the estimate to repair the garage door was correct. I will have another estimate done in the next couple of days. The tech told me i needed a new pannell. I do not believe this to be true. And a estinate for a new door?? This was not needed.

He then credited one bracket against my expense of a "clicker"....as I had lost my old one. Thanks to Nick and Precision a tough 6-month old problem went away ....today....at a reasonable price. The servive guy (don't remember his name) was very friendly competent. But I was disappointed that he did not have the part for my Lift Master Door. He sais that they service but don't install Lift Master.

Called them at 8:30on a Saturday morning with a door that had a broken spring. The door was serviced and repaired less than three hours later at a reasonable cost. They were recommended by my neighborhood Facebook page members and I could not be more satisfied with their fast efficient service.
