Cameron at Precision was very professional, knowledgable and on time! I received a call AND a detailed text message 30 mins prior to the appointment time which was very convenient and helpful! Cameron took the time to explain everything and walk through all the options we had in making a garage door repair. When a spring sprang two years ago, Precision was the fastest of three highly-reviewed garage door repair companies I called. We were so pleased with their service that when the other spring sprang two days ago, although I'd forgotten the name of the company, I was able to find them to use them again. And once again, we are satisfied with the timeliness and the work of their technician, Mark Skewes. Precision earned a 10 out of 10.

The service was excellent. Technician was on time, professional and neat. They replaced our unit. It was over 25 years old. When they completed their work they cleaned the area in the garage and the driveway. The technician went over the unit with me and explained how to use each one of the openers. I was extremely pleased. Pricing reasonable.

Excellent service! Mark actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time window, quickly analyzed and fixed the gate and explained the problem and other potential issues to me. Because my equipment is very old, I asked him if he could provide a quote to replace my gate arm. He sent me a few options with prices to consider before he even left my house. He was very knowledgeable about different brands and explained the different options available with each. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had since I moved to Baton Rouge a year ago.

We were in the process of moving and were under a very short deadline. The last thing we needed was to schedule another repair to our home. Lindsey at Precision Overhead Garage Door Service was a great help when I explained my need to get it done the same day. Justin Abel’s came out to repair our garage door, had all the service parts with him, and was done in about 45min. Great job and I would use them again. Thank You! P Dawson
