Saturday morning and both cars trapped inside the garage. When I called Precision Door, they were courteous and timely in sending someone. They sent a photo with tech’s picture & rating. This alone was reassurance that I was dealing with a top notch company. Nicholas came, reviewed our dilemma, and worked diligently repairing it. He ended up having to replace everything except the garage door itself. Afterwards, he walked us through the keypad setup, all the parts that were replaced, and the warranty coverage. I highly recommended Precision Door Service Baton Rouge!

My name is Robert Greig and I had the a very satisfied experience with the repairs that was made to my garage door on yesterday. From the moment the technician Cameron Frickey showed up which by the was on TIME through the entire service was beyond my expectations in comparison to some other service providers. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all explained what was going on and made some recommendations for future services. He was trying to sell or push anything just making sure my garage door was fixed and that he did. I will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends. What an awesome company. I tried others and they didn’t even show up for the appointment. Precision Door company let me know when they could come and then texted me when they were on the way. Gave me options to get the job done because they know not everyone has an unlimited budget. Cameron was very polite and quite informative. I was able to understand everything you talked about. He went straight to work, got the job done and explained how everything worked and what kind of warranty I would have. I definitely recommend this company.

Javon was an incredible asset to his company. I couldn't open my garage door so I called Precision around 10:00 a. m., explained the problem. Scheduler asked if I would be home between 2 and 4 ..... SAME day! He arrived during the early part of time given. Was very punctual, identified himself and not only fixed the original problem BUT Javon saw something that did not look right with the board holding the door. He fixed that as well! Said he would not feel comfortable leaving without taking care of something minor that would have turned out major down the road. Javon, thank you again for your due diligence and tenacity completing your task!
