A friend used and recommended Precision recently. Quick response to come out and check out our issue. Anthony called and was able to come out a little early which was greatly appreciated. He was very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He was able to get my garage door parts replaced and working within a couple of hours. He took the time to show us all the features and help us get everything set up quickly. I would highly recommend both Precision and Anthony!

Not only will I recommend Precision, I will recommend Jacob Arnold. Although it is impossible for 1 person to service the entire industry, if the technician who provided my service is an indication of the skill and personality of your team, you will never loose a customer.

I paid over $500 to them for my garage door repair and I needed a invoice to submit to my warranty company. They could not give me what my warranty company asked for which was breakdown of the labor cost and diagnosis of part take failed. After calling them 4 times and not getting any help then they tell me they cannot give me that information on my invoice. For that reason I will NEVER USE Precision Doors of Baton Rouge again. And by the way their repairman was very good a trying to sell us a brand new garage door for $3000

The requested appointment was quick. We needed to replace the springs and cables. But after talking to Anthony the decision to also replace the rollers and bearings improved the operation of the garage door. It now rolls up and down much smoother, without the jerking motion it had previously. The bundled repair allowed for a lifetime warranty. We will definitely recommend Precision Garage Door of Baton Rouge to our friends and neighbors. C. Phung

Disappointed that door operated fine with come to find out just one spring. Then after we replace both springs the door won't function at all, throwing the cables. The technician tells me it becomes the door is slightly bent and binding. I just don't understand how the door operated just fine while "bent" before and now it won't operate at all. Not satisfied at all after paying 350 dollars and have nothing to show for it. Very disappointed.
