This was my first time using Precision Garage Door company. I previously called another company that came out to my home but never returned to do the work. I was surprised when Precision completed the job the same day I called them. The tech Mr. Cameron was very courteous and knowledgeable about the best way to complete the job. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door problems.

GREAT SERVICE! My spring broke on Sunday and I made an appointment for Monday morning. Service technician called to see if he could arrive early! “Of course with my Car stuck in the garage.” He arrived with the parts on the truck and repaired in record time. Precision is the best!

Technician was on time (actually early) - he worked steady and hard, explained everything to me as he worked and cleaned up after he finished. Overall a great experience. I would suggest that he complete a thorough inspection at the beginning as we kept adding parts and corrections as we went along! They may not have been possible but the price and needs changed 3 or 4 times during the process. I am confident that everything that was done really needed to be done, but it is a little frustrating when the price keeps changing.

Great experience with Precision. The first call I made was late on a Friday evening and they were quick to answer and very nice. They set up a tech to come and look at my problem the next day (Saturday). Cameron Frickey was extremely helpful and got us set up to have our garage door replaced the following Tuesday. Javon Young came out Tuesday morning right on time, he and his helper were able to take down the old door and put the new one up in under 2 hours. New door looks and works great and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.

Prompt service, gave me estimates for both repair and replacement, and made the recommendation to repair instead of replace. Work was done efficiently and professionally. Mark said he treats each job like he was doing the work at his own house, and his thorough troubleshooting and expert repair made me believe that statement.

s excellent He diagnosed the problem and did all necessary repairs.. In addition he adjusted the chain, checked all other components, and greased moving parts. We will ask for him the next time we need repairs or for an annual check-up.

We called early on Monday morning regarding a problem with our door going up and down unsolicited. By 12:15 p.m., Justin and Joshua arrived at our home and diagnosed the problem. We were pleasantly surprised to learn their records indicated we were still under warranty and wouldn't be charged anything!! (We had only recently purchased the home and weren't aware of the age of the door.) They were very efficient and courteous and completed the work within 20 minutes!! We would highly recommend them to others and certainly will call them again when we experience any other problems. Thank You, Guys!
