I would recommend Precision to anyone. Their technician Nick Degregorio did a great job. He fixed 3 brackets on my door and was honest enough to say it needed only 2. He then credited one bracket against my expense of a "clicker"....as I had lost my old one. Thanks to Nick and Precision a tough 6-month old problem went away ....today....at a reasonable price. The servive guy (don't remember his name) was very friendly competent. But I was disappointed that he did not have the part for my Lift Master Door. He sais that they service but don't install Lift Master.

Called them at 8:30on a Saturday morning with a door that had a broken spring. The door was serviced and repaired less than three hours later at a reasonable cost. They were recommended by my neighborhood Facebook page members and I could not be more satisfied with their fast efficient service.

Total scam! I spoke to a customer service rep via phone and was quoted a price range For spring replacement. I specifically told them my spring size and door size. When the young guy came onsite, he had to call his boss like Fifty times, only to tell my quote is Approximately $400. The technician stated the phone reps are given scripts. 158 installed vs 400 installed is a big difference, then I had to pay &50 bucks for nothing. Total rip off!!

Nicolas was extremely professional and knowledgeable and worked very hard on fixing my garage door. Basically had a complete overhaul by replacing springs, rollers, remotes/keypad etc. and I am very happy about having it done. I would definitely recommend Precision to anyone. This was my first time using Precision Garage Door company. I previously called another company that came out to my home but never returned to do the work. I was surprised when Precision completed the job the same day I called them. The tech Mr. Cameron was very courteous and knowledgeable about the best way to complete the job. GREAT SERVICE! My spring broke on Sunday and I made an appointment for Monday morning. Service technician called to see if he could arrive early! “Of course with my Car stuck in the garage.” He arrived with the parts on the truck and repaired in record time. Precision is the best!

Technician was on time (actually early) - he worked steady and hard, explained everything to me as he worked and cleaned up after he finished. Overall a great experience. I would suggest that he complete a thorough inspection at the beginning as we kept adding parts and corrections as we went along! They may not have been possible but the price and needs changed 3 or 4 times during the process. I am confident that everything that was done really needed to be done, but it is a little frustrating when the price keeps changing.
