My unit is 1 year and three months old. Yesterday , I paid $149.00 for labor to do the following: Safety Sensor Fee-Alignment or re attachment of safety sensors, travel and force setting adjustments, and tune up of door and operator For the life of me, I cant imagine a garage door that needs this service after 1 year and three months. When I asked about warranty, none of this is included. Also, the door was out of alignment. I have never had a door out of alignment. Bottom line is two things: In order for it to be a warranty item, it must be major! Don't bite on the basic $49 service. It will always be more than that.

Fast expert service. Mark was at my house for a repair within 2 hours of my call. Very friendly and knowledgeable, plus he determined the broken part was under warranty so there was no charge for anything. Precision installed the door and opener 4 years ago and this is the first issue I’ve had. I will definitely recommend this company.

Excellent job - knowledgeable and friendly installer - clean install and outstanding cleanup after install. I would recommend to others and would use them again if I ever need one of their services. Mark installed our gate opener and was also able to program the remote to work the gate and the garage door opener (both were LiftMaster). We are a pleased customer. The product selection did not allow to select gate opener installation so I selected the garage door opener installation.
