Precision responded very quickly to our call for help raising our garage door as there was no other entrance. Brad and Amari were professional and courteous as well as persistent in figuring out how to raise the door and determining that power had been cut off to the garage. (Lightening strike?). They also installed a device to open the door manually from outside if this ever happens again. We highly recommend this company as providing a very fine door and wonderful service.

Spenser was a very nice young man…he measured, he tighten the spring(I assumed, he had a device) he took pictures and he walked and looked. He never oiled my rollers or spring…he asked me how many times had the light flashed(wasn’t aware that I’d needed to know this). At the end he said that my rollers were took weak to support the door and showed us some prices. I am not in garage door business but we did tell him that it seemed like the problem was in the control panel…oh well I paid him for the service call and probably will not use your company again…again, Spenser was a very nice young man.
