My unit is 1 year and three months old. Yesterday , I paid $149.00 for labor to do the following: Safety Sensor Fee-Alignment or re attachment of safety sensors, travel and force setting adjustments, and tune up of door and operator For the life of me, I cant imagine a garage door that needs this service after 1 year and three months. When I asked about warranty, none of this is included. Also, the door was out of alignment. I have never had a door out of alignment. Bottom line is two things: In order for it to be a warranty item, it must be major! Don't bite on the basic $49 service. It will always be more than that.

Fast expert service. Mark was at my house for a repair within 2 hours of my call. Very friendly and knowledgeable, plus he determined the broken part was under warranty so there was no charge for anything.
