Called Precision to replace the rubber on the bottom of my garage door. They came out and gave me a free estimate. The price was very reasonable and I requested installation. The person left to get the part and the job was completed. I was very please with the speed of showing up and getting the job done. Precision had done garage door work for me before and I knew you could count on them to do excellent work.

Springs were replaced 6 months ago, but I felt the door never worked correctly. The door would not open today. A technician, Cameron, was here within 2 hours. He found that one of the springs had not been installed correctly. He replaced the spring and adjusted the motor in under an hour. He was very courteous and efficient. He gave me his card and said to call him anytime if I had a problem. I want to highly recommend him! Thank you Cameron! You’re the best!

The requested appointment was quick. We needed to replace the springs and cables. But after talking to Anthony the decision to also replace the rollers and bearings improved the operation of the garage door. It now rolls up and down much smoother, without the jerking motion it had previously. The bundled repair allowed for a lifetime warranty. Our garage door fell apart, trapping our cars inside. I called Precision Door for help and they responded the next day. Their tech, Cameron Frickey, went through the service levels and began working right away. Technician and assistant spent two hours working on my door. Ten minutes after they left, I attempted to close door and it would not work!! They had to return to my house to fix the problem. The price was outrageously high! I would not recommend this company!
