This is the second time Mark Skewes has serviced my garage door opener installation. Excellent job replacing my 20 year old opener. Installed the belt driven opener as you recomend. He lubricated everything, programmed the hand and vehicle remotes. Will definitely recommend Precision to all friends, family, etc. 5 Star rating!

Was quoted $398 to fix my garage door. Had it done the next day for $109 by the company that usually does this work for me. Really horrible people trying to take advantage of people.

I was so thankful and very impressed with the service I received so quickly. I was in a situation that required immediate service as I sold my house and on the day of my move out, I damaged the garage door. So thankful that you guys were able to help me out in a stressful situation. Highly recommend you to anyone!

Malachi came late in the evening and got the job done. Locked in our garage for a few hours, but easy to schedule, quick service and a fair price. Arrived in the scheduled window and called in advance to let us know when he’d be there. Friendly service. Will use Precision for my next repair need.

Precision was great. They sold and installed a Garage door and opener for my shop. Very good work and perfect Customer Service. I really like their email sent to the customer with pictures of their technicians so the client knows who's coming to their home.

Called them up first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service. Mark Skewes came out on time, was very knowledgeable and proficient in the repair. The spring was broken. I could just look at it and see that. Anyone could. He didn't need to tell me that. But Mark gave me several repair options. We settled on replacing both springs. $325 all in. The house is 18 years old, and it is just a matter of time that the other spring goes out. Mark did a number of adjustments, lubricated the wheels, etc. The door is quieter and smoother than it has ever been. I highly recommend the Precision Door team. Especially Mark.
