Mark performed a detailed check, but unfortunately he had to change the lift mechanism. He did everything possible to help me save money on this repair job. First, I chose your company because of the professionalism starting with the first phone call. I was not sure what door I wanted, and needed to ask a lot of questions. Very polite and informative. My garage door needed repair i got another company to come fix it. A week later they showed up unannounced. One guy with that company said I needed a new door and the other guy there said I just needed a new track and left without fixing the door. So I call Precision Doors and they came out that day and gave me cost effective options to fix the door and did a great job. The service man Mark was very professional and knowledgeable and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I am so glad I took my son's advice and chose Precision to check out my garage door and opener. After discussing what the tech discovered wrong I decided it was best to get a new door and opener. The job was done in a timely manner. The technition was very knowledgeable and did a great job installing the door and opener. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood how to use the remotes, keypad and how to open door if electricity is out. You won't go wrong by using Precision for your needs. I give them a great big 5 of approval.

Came home on a Friday night to a broken spring. Called Precision at 0800 hours on Sat morning and by 1100 someone was here to make the repair. Technician completed the service check and gave me options to choose from for repairs. Very professional company. I will not use anyone else moving forward.

Precision was wonderful! They came out within a couple of hours. The spring had come out of the track of the garage door and the door wouldn't open.
