This is the second time Mark Skewes has serviced my garage door opener installation. Excellent job replacing my 20 year old opener. Installed the belt driven opener as you recomend. Called them up first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service. Mark Skewes came out on time, was very knowledgeable and proficient in the repair. The spring was broken. I could just look at it and see that. Anyone could. He didn't need to tell me that. But Mark gave me several repair options. We settled on replacing both springs. $325 all in. The house is 18 years old, and it is just a matter of time that the other spring goes out. Mark did a number of adjustments, lubricated the wheels, etc. The door is quieter and smoother than it has ever been. I highly recommend the Precision Door team. Especially Mark.
