A little after 5pm yesterday our garage door came off track due to a spring issue. My husband and I wanted this fixed immediately as the garage door was open and not stable. So I googled "Garage door repair" and your company came up first. I called and was told someone would be out between 6-8pm. Perfect! Then I suddenly had the unsettling feeling of "I don't know if this company is even legit". After all I did call the first company listed and did not do ANY research. At this point I just crossed my fingers. A few minutes later I received a confirmation email for my appointment. I was impressed that in the email was a list of technicians (one of which would come to my home) that I could look into and see all kinds of info (background check, drug test, reviews, etc). A short time later Justin called and said he would be arriving in 25 minutes. Once Justin arrived, he assessed the situation and gave us options. He was extremely thorough in the services offered and costs. Justin's main goal was to make us happy and perform the work that we wanted. He even took the time to educate us about garage doors while he was working. In the end we received great service and had our garage door up and running in a short time. We even learned a few things in the process. The service we received last night was beyond exceptional and certainly Justin is a huge asset to your company. We will be having our motor replaced soon (before it goes out) and I can assure you the only company we will call is Precision. I will certainly recommend you all to anyone in need of Garage door repairs! Thank You for exceeding our expectations!

Mark provided fast service and walked me through all of the options available. He didn't try to upsell or overcharge for anything and arrived right on time. Hopefully, I won't back into the garage door again, but if I do I know who I'll be calling!

I initially called another company and they said they could not get to us for 2-3 days. We were really in a bind and Precision was able to get a technician out within an hour and a half of me calling. Mark arrived 15 minutes EARLY to the appointment! He thoroughly explained the repair and gave me several options. He then completed the repair in an hour. It's hard to find this caliber of service with home repairs! Very impressed with Precision and Mark!

Justin was at my home yesterday because my garage door stopped opening. He was actually a few minutes early then the scheduled time. He replaced both censors and got my garage door working again. He even tighten the chain and reprogramed my remote. Something I didn't ask for are expect, he just did it. I would recommend Precision to anyone that needs help. Thanks so much for all of your help.
