Said they would be here between 4&6, actually showed up at 4:07. The last company we tried said they would be here”Wednesday” , had to call at 5:00 to se if they were still coming. Gave us a quote to be done on “Friday” and haven’t seen them since. Nice to have people show up when they say they will, and this was just for an estimate! Needless to say, they got the job.

The young man who came to check my garage door (it had been making a weird noise) was very polite and courteous. But he failed to find a crucial spot where a screw had come off that held a bracket to lift the door. The pressure of only one screw was too much and the door broke 2 days later. My son ordered a new whole new bracket, so I hope he can fix it. I am lifting the door and closing it manually now. So my fee of $90 did not really accomplish anything. I have to say that the door did raise and shut what seemed properly when the young man was here, but broke 2 days later because of the missing screw.

Very happy with Precision. Called on a Wednesday morning. They scheduled the appointment for between 4 and 6 p.m. the same afternoon. Justin showed up at 4 p.m. It took awhile for him to troubleshoot the problem, but after awhile he had it repaired. He did not give up or show frustration with the issues he was having. He was also very friendly and polite. With no doubt, I will contact you with any other problem I may have, and will suggest your company to all of my friends. Great job.. Needs to be more businesses that want to take care of their customers.

Kinsman showed right on time as planned. Was very professional in explaining what needed to be done to repair our door. So far the service has been great!!! Couldn’t ask for better. We have to replace the whole door and torsion bar, so repairs are not yet complete, but that is as we expected. Given my experience with Kinsman this morning, I am very confident relaid will be completed to my satisfaction.

A little after 5pm yesterday our garage door came off track due to a spring issue. My husband and I wanted this fixed immediately as the garage door was open and not stable. So I googled "Garage door repair" and your company came up first. I called and was told someone would be out between 6-8pm. Perfect! Then I suddenly had the unsettling feeling of "I don't know if this company is even legit". After all I did call the first company listed and did not do ANY research. At this point I just crossed my fingers. A few minutes later I received a confirmation email for my appointment. I was impressed that in the email was a list of technicians (one of which would come to my home) that I could look into and see all kinds of info (background check, drug test, reviews, etc). A short time later Justin called and said he would be arriving in 25 minutes. Once Justin arrived, he assessed the situation and gave us options. He was extremely thorough in the services offered and costs. Justin's main goal was to make us happy and perform the work that we wanted. He even took the time to educate us about garage doors while he was working. In the end we received great service and had our garage door up and running in a short time. We even learned a few things in the process. The service we received last night was beyond exceptional and certainly Justin is a huge asset to your company. We will be having our motor replaced soon (before it goes out) and I can assure you the only company we will call is Precision. I will certainly recommend you all to anyone in need of Garage door repairs! Thank You for exceeding our expectations!
