Technician was on time (actually early) - he worked steady and hard, explained everything to me as he worked and cleaned up after he finished. Overall a great experience. I would suggest that he complete a thorough inspection at the beginning as we kept adding parts and corrections as we went along! They may not have been possible but the price and needs changed 3 or 4 times during the process. I am confident that everything that was done really needed to be done, but it is a little frustrating when the price keeps changing.

Great experience with Precision. The first call I made was late on a Friday evening and they were quick to answer and very nice. They set up a tech to come and look at my problem the next day (Saturday). Cameron Frickey was extremely helpful and got us set up to have our garage door replaced the following Tuesday. Javon Young came out Tuesday morning right on time, he and his helper were able to take down the old door and put the new one up in under 2 hours. New door looks and works great and my wife and I couldn’t be happier.

Javon did a great job with the install! There were some non-standard elements about my garage/purchased opener, but he went above and beyond to make things right, as well as making sure everything was working and the opener was installed. I would absolutely recommend Precision to others-- I was impressed with the way they handled the install, not to mention the same day service was an incredible bonus.
Thats great to hear Ben! Javon takes pride in his work and we are glad to hear it shows. Thank you very much for choosing Precision and we really appreciate the recommendations to your friends and family!

My name is Robert Greig and I had the a very satisfied experience with the repairs that was made to my garage door on yesterday. From the moment the technician Cameron Frickey showed up which by the was on TIME through the entire service was beyond my expectations in comparison to some other service providers. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and most of all explained what was going on and made some recommendations for future services. He was trying to sell or push anything just making sure my garage door was fixed and that he did. I will recommend this company to my neighbors and friends. Cameron and Precision has a 5 STAR from me. Thank You.
Thank you Mr Greg! Looking forward to helping you with all of you future garage door needs. Don't hesitate to call!
