Mark provided fast service and walked me through all of the options available. He didn't try to upsell or overcharge for anything and arrived right on time. Hopefully, I won't back into the garage door again, but if I do I know who I'll be calling!

I initially called another company and they said they could not get to us for 2-3 days. We were really in a bind and Precision was able to get a technician out within an hour and a half of me calling. Mark arrived 15 minutes EARLY to the appointment! He thoroughly explained the repair and gave me several options. He then completed the repair in an hour. It's hard to find this caliber of service with home repairs! Very impressed with Precision and Mark!

Called late on a Monday night (answering service is amazing!). Had an appointment for the next morning. James came on time and had several options for repairing my door within 20 minutes. Super friendly and knowledgeable. We went with a complete door overhaul and I could not be more pleased. Fair pricing. Excellent customer service! Thanks! Make sure James knows that he was fantastic.

I would like to say that the 2 guys that came to our house were fantasic. They were kind, and knew what they were doing. I would recommend Precision Door to everyone. James and Than went above and beyond fixing our garage door at 7:00pm at night. What door company do you know that come out after 5:00pm for service? Precision Door does! They were superb. Give those two guys a raise!!!! We are well pleased!!

The repair tech arrived on time and was very helpful. Explained everything and gave me all the discounts that applies such a senior, vet, and any others that applied. Cost was very fair and door was completely fixed in about an hour. I highly recommend Precision and would use them again as well as recommend them to my friends. I am in the Shenandoah area of south Baton Rouge.
