OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Team showed up on-time (actually early), were professional, courteous and got straight to work. Explained the repair in detail - what they were going to do and why. Quick and efficient - finished the job in less time than I would have expected. I highly recommend the company and the team that showed up to fix my door!

Exceptional Professional Service. We received same day service to repair one of our garage doors. Mark, our technician, was able to quickly fix the problem. I've used Precision Overhead Garage Door Service in the past and will continue using them in the future. I highly recommend them.

Excellent service! Mark actually arrived earlier than the scheduled time window, quickly analyzed and fixed the gate and explained the problem and other potential issues to me. Because my equipment is very old, I asked him if he could provide a quote to replace my gate arm. He sent me a few options with prices to consider before he even left my house. He was very knowledgeable about different brands and explained the different options available with each. This was the best customer service experience I’ve had since I moved to Baton Rouge a year ago.

Your technician was great! He didn’t charge me as I guess my original purchase was in Nov.2019 and it was a minor adjustment. To me it was a relief and I appreciate it. Y’all are honest and thorough. THANK YOU so much.

I would recommend Precision to anyone. Their technician Nick Degregorio did a great job. He fixed 3 brackets on my door and was honest enough to say it needed only 2. He then credited one bracket against my expense of a "clicker"....as I had lost my old one. Thanks to Nick and Precision a tough 6-month old problem went away ....today....at a reasonable price.
