But after talking to Anthony the decision to also replace the rollers and bearings improved the operation of the garage door. It now rolls up and down much smoother, without the jerking motion it had previously. The bundled repair allowed for a lifetime warranty. Technician and assistant spent two hours working on my door. Ten minutes after they left, I attempted to close door and it would not work!! They had to return to my house to fix the problem. The price was outrageously high! I would not recommend this company!

I called Precision at 2PM on Dec 23,as they had installed a new door Jan 2020, described my problem & was scheduled for an appointment for the same day b/t 4~6PM. Brandon called my when he was on his way. Determined that the motor was going out. He replaced the motor, serviced my door, programed what needed programming, gave us a tutorial & was done b/f 6:30PM. He was professional, friendly & competent.
