Springs were replaced 6 months ago, but I felt the door never worked correctly. The door would not open today. A technician, Cameron, was here within 2 hours. He found that one of the springs had not been installed correctly. He replaced the spring and adjusted the motor in under an hour. He was very courteous and efficient. He gave me his card and said to call him anytime if I had a problem. I want to highly recommend him! Thank you Cameron! You’re the best!

But after talking to Anthony the decision to also replace the rollers and bearings improved the operation of the garage door. It now rolls up and down much smoother, without the jerking motion it had previously. The bundled repair allowed for a lifetime warranty.
