The requested appointment was quick. We needed to replace the springs and cables. But after talking to Anthony the decision to also replace the rollers and bearings improved the operation of the garage door. It now rolls up and down much smoother, without the jerking motion it had previously. The bundled repair allowed for a lifetime warranty. Our garage door fell apart, trapping our cars inside. I called Precision Door for help and they responded the next day. Their tech, Cameron Frickey, went through the service levels and began working right away. We were impressed with his professional demeanor and because of him our garage door is working as if it was brand new. I'd recommend Precision to anybody.

Technician and assistant spent two hours working on my door. Ten minutes after they left, I attempted to close door and it would not work!! They had to return to my house to fix the problem. The price was outrageously high! I would not recommend this company!

I called Precision at 2PM on Dec 23,as they had installed a new door Jan 2020, described my problem & was scheduled for an appointment for the same day b/t 4~6PM. Brandon called my when he was on his way. Determined that the motor was going out. He replaced the motor, serviced my door, programed what needed programming, gave us a tutorial & was done b/f 6:30PM. He was professional, friendly & competent. I highly recommend Precision Door for any garage door service.
