Excellent Service. Called ahead of time to let wife know they were in transit to us, arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. Offered advice on our aging system and when we decided to replace with new unit, they were right on it and had completed in about an hour. Everything worked to perfection and they made sure my wife knew how to operate everything and was satisfied. We are and recommend Precision Door highly!!

Justin was at my home today because my garage door stopped opening. He went above and beyond to tell me exactly how they work, i.e., the pull string, the springs, the censors, etc. It was definitely information I needed to know. As it turned out, it was a simple "locked out" situation and he showed me how it can happen, which made total since to me after thinking about the situation. I would recommend Precision to anyone that needs help. Oh, and also....it was a no charge!!! Made my Monday, that's for sure! Thanks so much for all of your help. It was greatly appreciated!!

Mark performed a detailed check, but unfortunately he had to change the lift mechanism. He did everything possible to help me save money on this repair job. He is extremely professional, and I would recommend Mark and Precision to anyone looking for first rate service. Called them up first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service. Mark Skewes came out on time, was very knowledgeable and proficient in the repair. The spring was broken. I could just look at it and see that. Anyone could. He didn't need to tell me that. But Mark gave me several repair options. We settled on replacing both springs. $325 all in. The house is 18 years old, and it is just a matter of time that the other spring goes out. Mark did a number of adjustments, lubricated the wheels, etc. The door is quieter and smoother than it has ever been. I highly recommend the Precision Door team. Especially Mark.
