I was able to get a same day appointment for a technician to check on my garage door. It was great to get a text message showing the location of the technician. The technician had all parts available to repair the garage door during the same visit. They also worked with my home warranty company. Evan took time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations for "this is what you need now" and "this is what you can do later".

Very appreciative of these guys coming out the same day my garage door broke and allowing my wife’s car to be able to get out of the garage. Very timely in the repair. And only reason for 4 stars is bc i had a nice rut left in my yard after they left the job. It has been raining for a few months and all yards are saturated. It would be nice if more attention was paid to keeping their truck on my driveway and not the grass.

Great experience with Precision Door! Mark came out with a very friendly and courteous disposition, he accessed my problem, came up with the remedy, gave me different options and fixed my issue!! All of those things took under 50 mins! He replaced my spring in roughly 25-30 mins, if that, and was on his way!! Excellent experience with quality customer service and repair! Mark definitely met and exceeded my expectations!! For curious minds I paid $319.00 with the one year warranty. I printed the $15.00 off coupon and forgot to use it!!! Check for coupons and don’t forget to use them...what an awesome company!!

Very happy with Precision. Called on a Wednesday morning. They scheduled the appointment for between 4 and 6 p.m. the same afternoon. Justin showed up at 4 p.m. It took awhile for him to troubleshoot the problem, but after awhile he had it repaired. He did not give up or show frustration with the issues he was having. He was also very friendly and polite. With no doubt, I will contact you with any other problem I may have, and will suggest your company to all of my friends. Great job.. Needs to be more businesses that want to take care of their customers.

A little after 5pm yesterday our garage door came off track due to a spring issue. My husband and I wanted this fixed immediately as the garage door was open and not stable. So I googled "Garage door repair" and your company came up first. I called and was told someone would be out between 6-8pm. Perfect! Then I suddenly had the unsettling feeling of "I don't know if this company is even legit". After all I did call the first company listed and did not do ANY research. At this point I just crossed my fingers. A few minutes later I received a confirmation email for my appointment. I was impressed that in the email was a list of technicians (one of which would come to my home) that I could look into and see all kinds of info (background check, drug test, reviews, etc). A short time later Justin called and said he would be arriving in 25 minutes. Once Justin arrived, he assessed the situation and gave us options. He was extremely thorough in the services offered and costs. Justin's main goal was to make us happy and perform the work that we wanted. He even took the time to educate us about garage doors while he was working. In the end we received great service and had our garage door up and running in a short time. We even learned a few things in the process. The service we received last night was beyond exceptional and certainly Justin is a huge asset to your company. We will be having our motor replaced soon (before it goes out) and I can assure you the only company we will call is Precision. I will certainly recommend you all to anyone in need of Garage door repairs! Thank You for exceeding our expectations!
