Justin was at my home yesterday because my garage door stopped opening. He was actually a few minutes early then the scheduled time. He replaced both censors and got my garage door working again. He even tighten the chain and reprogramed my remote. Something I didn't ask for are expect, he just did it. I would recommend Precision to anyone that needs help. Thanks so much for all of your help. It was greatly appreciated!!

I chose Precision based on the excellent reviews that I read on the website, and my experience was exactly as I read in those reviews. I called in the morning and had a new garage door opener installed within a few hours. My technician Mark Skewes was very polite and knowledgeable. He patiently explained my options and the operation of the new opener. He made sure I understood everything he said and everything he showed me. I will definitely recommend Precision to my family and friends.

Called Precision to repair broken spring after seeing link on Google search. Technician was timely, explained all options, prices and warranties. Repair was performed same day and replacement springs are much quieter, just as described by technician. Would recommend Precision to others, and will definitely use them in the future.

Called them up first thing in the morning and was able to get same day service. Mark Skewes came out on time, was very knowledgeable and proficient in the repair. The spring was broken. I could just look at it and see that. Anyone could. He didn't need to tell me that. But Mark gave me several repair options. We settled on replacing both springs. $325 all in. The house is 18 years old, and it is just a matter of time that the other spring goes out. Mark did a number of adjustments, lubricated the wheels, etc. The door is quieter and smoother than it has ever been. I highly recommend the Precision Door team. Especially Mark.

Excellent Service. Called ahead of time to let wife know they were in transit to us, arrived on time and were extremely friendly and professional. Offered advice on our aging system and when we decided to replace with new unit, they were right on it and had completed in about an hour.
