This was my first time using Precision Garage Door company. I previously called another company that came out to my home but never returned to do the work. I was surprised when Precision completed the job the same day I called them. The tech Mr. Cameron was very courteous and knowledgeable about the best way to complete the job. I would definitely recommend Precision for any garage door problems.

We called early on Monday morning regarding a problem with our door going up and down unsolicited. By 12:15 p.m., Justin and Joshua arrived at our home and diagnosed the problem. We were pleasantly surprised to learn their records indicated we were still under warranty and wouldn't be charged anything!! (We had only recently purchased the home and weren't aware of the age of the door.) They were very efficient and courteous and completed the work within 20 minutes!! We would highly recommend them to others and certainly will call them again when we experience any other problems. Thank You, Guys!

I was able to get a same day appointment for a technician to check on my garage door. It was great to get a text message showing the location of the technician. The technician had all parts available to repair the garage door during the same visit. They also worked with my home warranty company. Evan took time to answer all of my questions and make recommendations for "this is what you need now" and "this is what you can do later".

I happened to have a coupon that came in the mail and that is why I selected your company. Cameron was a delightful person and technician, no question was to small to ask and told me how to proper maintain the door and also loved all the new technology but of course that comes at a higher price.

Very appreciative of these guys coming out the same day my garage door broke and allowing my wife’s car to be able to get out of the garage. Very timely in the repair. And only reason for 4 stars is bc i had a nice rut left in my yard after they left the job. It has been raining for a few months and all yards are saturated. It would be nice if more attention was paid to keeping their truck on my driveway and not the grass.

Great experience with Precision Door! Mark came out with a very friendly and courteous disposition, he accessed my problem, came up with the remedy, gave me different options and fixed my issue!! All of those things took under 50 mins! He replaced my spring in roughly 25-30 mins, if that, and was on his way!! Excellent experience with quality customer service and repair! Mark definitely met and exceeded my expectations!! For curious minds I paid $319.00 with the one year warranty. I printed the $15.00 off coupon and forgot to use it!!! Check for coupons and don’t forget to use them...what an awesome company!!

Precision was professional from the first hello on the call to request service up until the time that the technician hit the down button to make sure the door was operating properly. They arrived early, worked until the job was completed, explained the repairs necessary, and did it all under the safest conditions and adherence to the current "Virus' requirements.
